IKICHIC.COM offers a simple and easy 7-days return policy to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange any item within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed/tampered packaging at the time of delivery.

All items purchased from IKICHIC.COM can be returned for a full refund within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider)

NOTE: The shipping charge is not refundable.

The returned items will go through quality check for refund processing. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

  • The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.
  • The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the original tags will not be accepted.
  • They should be returned within 7 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • In case you receive a damaged/defective item, IKICHIC.COM should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We may request you to share a picture of the product packaging and the products highlighting the damaged area at [email protected]
  • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised with the courier tracking information/receipt mailed at [email protected]

Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

A notification with the status of the return will be sent at the registered customer’s email within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.

The reverse pick-up facility is subjected to the courier partner’s service availability at a certain pin code. In case of a lack of service availability, the customer can self-ship the items to IKICHIC.COM. An amount of up to Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a voucher/coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

Online Return / Exchange

You can return or exchange an item online at IKICHIC.COM by following the below steps.

  • Log in to the ‘My Account’ section at IKICHIC.COM
  • Choose the order that needs to be exchanged. The option will be visible if your order did not exceeded the days allowed for exchange.
  • Select the product to exchange and proceed to choose options for exchange.
  • Click on exchange to generate the exchange order.

This Return Policy applies to all items purchased directly from IKICHIC.COM (with the exception of Sleepwear, Innerwear, Beachwear, Accessories, Beauty Products, Hygiene & Personal care products for hygiene reasons including any Freebie).

Cash on Delivery Order’s refund will be processed within 10-15 days after the order is returned and QC passed for above mentioned condition
